HONEYCOMB SOUND SOURCE STEEL PLATE

PETROF FIBICH owns the patented technology of the honeycomb-shaped full-frame iron plate designed by PETROF. The iron plate is made of precision aluminum molds and casted with gray cast iron, which is strong and stable. The whole piano has a fixed-pitch button structure, and the iron plate paint is decorated with matte gold powder imported from Germany.

The design of the whole series of tuning button structure ensures the accuracy of the strings, which is also the symbol of the high-quality upright piano structure.

HIGH-STRENGTH SOLID WOOD BACK COLUMN

The five solid wood uprights originally designed by PETROF have a solid structure and are made of European quality spruce wood. The stable back column provides strong support for the stable melody of the piano and ensures its overall stability. It provides strong support for special structures such as soundboard and iron plate modules, so that the piano has a clear and lasting tone.

MULTI-LAYER BEECH PEGS BOARD

Multi-layer special beech plywood, the original veneer thickness is 2mm, compressed to a density of 800-850 kg/m3 (ie 6 layers of veneer per cm). Adopt German Henke glue with high moisture resistance and high adhesion.

The peg board has strong resistance to atmospheric changes (such as humidity), which ensures a high degree of stability of the tone.

EUROPEAN SPRUCE SOUNDBOARD

The piano soundboard is specially made of European spruce wood. PETROF FIBICH soundboards need to undergo a special and long-term humidification care during the entire production process to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of their moisture content. This process increases the soundboard's resistance to cracking caused by climate change. The surface treatment with polyurethane paint also improves the soundboard's resistance to climate change.

Using the "high moisture resistance and strong adhesion" glue provided by the German Henkel Group can effectively prevent the soundboard from cracking and degumming due to weak adhesion, ensuring the high stability of the sound source.

ACOUSTIC ARC DESIGNED RIBS

The ribs are round and made of European spruce wood. The cross ribs are made of beech wood, and the soundboard is reinforced with 10 ribs. The ribs made of European spruce are sufficient to ensure the high stability of the soundboard.

INDEPENDENT FIXED STRING BUTTON DEVICE

The entire piano is a pure copper independent tuning button structure device, covering all 88 tonal arrangements. It is carefully designed by PETROF. The independent fixed string button device ensures the accuracy of the strings, which is also a sign of the high-quality upright piano structure.

PETROF DESIGN ACTION MACHINE

The original action system designed by PETROF and the German Renner system-PETROF action. PETROF system dampers. The action machine was supervised and debugged by PETROF.

The action is fast and repetitive, and can control the tone of the sound well. We can enjoy the wonderful feeling in playing.

KEYBOARD DESIGNED BY PETROF

It is independently designed by PETROF and uses solid wood keyboards and ebony black keys made of European spruce wood. The white bond uses Swedish acrylic composite coating. The keys are carefully balanced to 48-52 grams one by one, and the high-quality keys bring a comfortable feeling to playing.
